Our pastries, cakes and breads represent the best of the American
baking tradition. Most of our recipes have been crafted over time and passed down through generations. I have many fond memories of favorite recipes being
collected and shared throughout the women of my family. Everyone
had something in their recipe box to be envied. My aunts were all
formidable bakers and I feel truly rich indeed to be the recipient
of such an inheritance. Our daily offerings reflect many of their treasures.
